Shipping Information: Many items are in stock and will ship within 3 days. Other items will ship 7-14 days (depending on the quantity). I ship USPS Priority mail and insurance is included in the shipping charge. (see chart below)Please keep in mind that glassware is heavy. My shipping charges may see high, but I can assure you these charges are fair. In some cases, these prices don't actually cover my cost to ship the items.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange your item, I will be happy to replace it with another selection of equal value, or refund the original cost of purchase (less shipping and insurance costs). Item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please ship USPS Priority Mail and purchase insurance. Retain your receipt, as this will protect you in case of loss or damage. Please take care to pack your returns well, as returns that arrive damaged without insurance will not be accepted nor refunded.
