July 4th Martini Recipe 1/1/2 parts Blueberry Vodka 1/2 part Club Soda Squeeze fresh lemon juice lemon peel fresh blueberries and strawberry pop rocks
Rub the lemon peel on the inside of the glass to coat with oil. Chill the glass in the freezer. Fill shaker with ice and add vodka, club soda, and lemon juice. Shake well. Rub the rim of the glass with the lemon peel and dip in pop rocks. Pour drink into glass and garnish with a skewer of blueberries and a single strawberry. Enjoy!
